★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled my appointment last min. Basically could care a less. Just took a day off of work that was crucial for me to be there. Horrible service and doctors like this should have there licence stripped. These are children and they are fragile, no honour or integrity in the medical field. Sick of doctors using this pandemic as an excuse to be negligent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Leonard promised that she would call me on December 23rd at 1:30pm, so that I could speak with her about some concerns that we have about my 4-year-old son’s newly prescribed medication. My son is a non-verbal autistic and he is really struggling right now. I was extremely busy at work that day, so I had told my work crew that I had to take a phone-call at 1:30 for a few minutes. So at 1:30 I isolated myself for the phonecall, however, by 1:45 I find myself still waiting around and still no call. 2:00 comes around so I decide to call her office, (maybe she just forgot?) and the receptionist answers the phone. I say “Hi, would I be able to speak with Dr, Leonard please? I am very busy today at work and she was supposed to call me at 1:30 so we could talk about my son’s medication.” She replies “I’m sorry Dr. Leonard has already left the office and she won’t be available again until January 17th” …… WHAT!? First of all it’s frickin 2:00— if she has so many struggling children in need then why is she cutting her last day before Christmas short? Now my family has been left hanging over the Christmas season. A 4-year-old boy will struggle over Christmas now, a time that is supposed to be enjoyable for all, especially our vulnerable children. Their entire medical practice is unethical, and quite frankly makes me sick. I will be seeing what I can do to report this issue, Hang your heads in shame— all of you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chibuk is extremely dismissive. For a specialized paediatrician, she does not answer much at all. Whenever I come here, I feel like I have entirely wasted my time. Other than giving you your child’s height and weight, she provides little to no actual medical advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give negative stars I would give a -100. My child desperately needed to be checked and tested and the doctor cancels 1 hour prior. almost 10 min after they call to confirm the appointment. Did not lift a finger to facilitate another date nor direct us to another facility. Do not use this place look for someone who actually cares about there clients. have lost complete faith in the health care system. This makes me sick that our children mean nothing to these doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appears to be a nice clinic on the surface but the doctor turnover is too much to bear. The reason appears to be dr chewbucks who runs the clinic, appears no one can get along with her. In the four years we have gone here, we had at least as many doctors! The only other constant here besides dr chewbucks is the sometimes rude receptionists that you get when scheduling an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Chewbuck is a horrible dr I have ever seen in my life. We first time visited her for my son he has ear problem and is on spectrum. We mentioned this thing to her and said he has sensory problem so he doesn't let us to touch his ears.
She forcefully checked his ears through otoscope.she handled him so badly and rudely that I'm shocked... without any communication and didn't give any advice after that. He still has those otoscope mark on his ears.
How can a muture Dr treat a small kid like this ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors here are lovely, particularly Dr Leonard, but I must say her availability can be frustrating at times. If it is urgent, I have found that they are pretty accommodating in putting you with alternate doctors in the office. The staff are super nice and they whole place is always squeaky clean .
