My kids love seeing her, she makes going to the dentist really fun for kids, and I'll never need to worry they will be scared of the dentist. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

My family and I have been going to her for years and we don't think we will ever change clinics. The staff go above and beyond to make sure that their patients are valued and heard. Everyone is professional and caring, the clinic is modern and cozy, little snacks are available while waiting. Amazing clinic!

However today when I called asking to make an appointment/ get some information from the last time I was there, and the receptionist reminded me of why I stopped going there for me and my family’s dental services. I remembered that I stopped going there because I just got a filling and I went home and started getting pain within a few days. So I called back and Jivani was the dentist working on my teeth. He figured it was because my bite was off from the filling. So he shaved the tooth down a bit. I went home. I still was in pain. They did not offer any pain meds. I called back to request pain meds while I wait for Jivani to get back from Christmas vacation. I told the receptionist that I couldn’t wait that long that I was in excruciating pain. She told me that she’d ask the dentist if I can get some pain meds sent from the pharmacy. I never got a call back. Today I called and the receptionist said, “Didn’t you leave a note saying you don’t want to come back?” I never left a note but I did let her know I was disappointed and in pain and that I needed emergent support and service. I cannot deal with a rude receptionist. Think her name is Lindsay. She’s been there for awhile. She makes the whole office look unprofessional. So upset about this. I hope I find a whole compassionate dental team soon!!!
A	Ahmad AL-HAJI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't judge the quality of work, probably good. However, very unorganized and unclear administratively, also a very rude receptionist. In my case, I was a student with a dental plan in my insurance and they informed me over the phone (before the treatment) that my co-payment is waived so I do not need to pay out of pocket. Based on that information I proceeded. Months after I got my teeth fixed, I got a mail from the clinic asking me to pay about $170. They did not admit misinforming me before coming (despite providing evidence) which looked a bit dishonest. I refused to pay out of principle, even though they proceeded with collection.

She takes the extra time to not only fully explain everything and answer all of your questions, but also to ensure maximum comfort throughout procedures. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a comfortable, gentle, professional approach!

They ensure you understand and feel comfortable about their practices and procedures. Every question I had was answered. The ladies at reception explained costs, pending appointments and anything else I inquired about extremely clearly, so there was no wondering about anything on my part. The dentist and hygienist were also extremely helpful in explaining procedures so that everything is transparent and understood. If you’ve found this clinic, you can stop looking. You’ve already found the best.
