She asked every possible question, listened, and provided suggestions for strategies related to my issues. The treatment was relaxing and it is obvious she is an expert in her area. Made me feel at ease and showed great customer service towards my 3-year-old who I had to bring with me. Gord also accommodated my son's needs as well, while I enjoyed my procedure. Unfourtnelly a lot of professionals are not fond of "children" being at appointments, but Gord showed difference and it truly showed through his support and the knowledge of his line of work. Will come again :).

Dr. Gord is extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about his work. Lots of small comforts that really add to the calming/healing effect of the experience - music, beverages, special parking for your first visit, and a heat lamp during treatment. Rates are reasonable. I can’t wait to go back!

Never tried acupuncture before but I needed some help dealing with this new problem. Gord listened to my problem, asked questions to better understand the issue and explained what he was going to do to start the process of helping me. After just my first session, the nerve pain was GONE! My back was still sore but the nerve pain was treated. I have been going back to Gord now for four months now and can not recommend him enough. He is a true student to his craft. His knowledge on acupuncture is still evolving, just today we discussed what he just learned as he knows there is still more to discover. Even though I've maxed out my coverage, I will continue to seek out treatment from Gord as he has a gift.
