Im excited to work out and even the other members whether it's personal Training or classes are so nice and welcoming. I never feel out of place or like a beginner. Berkeley and Clayton are amazing trainers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son's hockey team (age 13) is going here for team workouts - they give the boys a hard intense workout without the use of weights. Working on building core strength and agility. The instructors are very good, open communication, approachable, and great with the kids to keep them motivated.

I am very happy that i can also get Chiropractic services, Physio services as Well Awesome Massages too. I work out, have therapy and FEEL GREAT.....
If you are looking for a one stop place for everything you need, even nutrition assistance, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.... They even sell products to assist with you Health goals, as well as Some home made Natural products... Love it here......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Active Physio Recovery Center offers an comfortable environment for improving your fitness no matter what level you are at. I am not one for big box gyms and this place is an amazing alternative. The trainers and the clients work hard and have fun. Berkeley provides support and encouragement at the same time as kicking your butt and making you sweat! What are you waiting for? Try it out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a surgery I was having some trouble getting back into my gym routine. Another gym left me with pains and cracking knees. Berkeley at active took me on, got me moving again, I was able to do hikes and treks, started playing sports again. I'm super happy.
On top of it the classes are challenging and personal enough that the instructors make sure that you have a modified version so you can participate. Such a great team here that cares about you body and person.
