★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A totally fun and challenging workout! Only giving 4 stars as the price per class is pretty high ($23) Also you should be aware, if you are registered for a class and hit traffic on the way in, classes start immediately. Understandable they cannot wait for latecomers but be aware if you are stuck in downtown rush hour you won’t be able to get into the class even if you are like 2 min late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Austin was an awesome instructor! Great customer service received from the staff as they made sure I had everything I needed before the class started. They made sure my spin shoes were locked into the bike and I had a towel and weights - they double checked this for everyone in the room! Will def come often :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time trying any type of soon class. Staff was more than helpful walking me through the process. The instructor was super patient with me and assisted me in setting up my bike correctly. The workout was quite intense for me but I really did enjoy it. Don't forget to bring your own water!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last time we visited YEG Cycle, we were blown away by how quickly we felt welcome and part of their bikergang, so we could not WAIT to try their second Edmonton location to keep the good times rolling and complete our experience. We were equally as impressed with the vibe, the class schedule and price are same same from the other location and YYC Cycle, and our instructor had us on beat and full of smiles the whole damn time. We finished the class sweaty, fatigued, and 700 calories lighter. Check, check, check.

Online bookings and mobile app work great, and available parking is also very convenient. Pricing can be high and inaccessible, but may be worth it to you if you get the full joy and value out of it!

Lights are really cool, I enjoy when they blackout the room and you go ham. So nice that shoes are provided as well as the change rooms are clean and the showers are lovely with a good choice of soap.
The friend program where you earn free classes for others is really neat and appreciated. Especially for growing community and business!
I am curious about the cleat placement on the shoes being consistent/even left and right sometimes. However, I have not spent the time to visually check yet.
