Good workout, but be warned even if you want to sign up for a couple month term they do not explain that you have to fill out the cancelation form when you sign up and they keep your credit cards on file and will charge you after. Clearly explained when i signed up and was not told this, ended up getting charged $300 over. Refuse to refund, will only give you credit for the months already paid.

I've been coming here for nearly 5 years. It's been very busy lately and while the staff members are still very warm and friendly, there are some details that should be worked on. A location with such a small waiting area should not be offering too many 3 Group classes. There are not even enough lockers for everyone to use. It is impossible to not have your socks be all muddy because you have to climb over people and a massive wet rug to get to the shoe rack. It may be useful to reimagine the small waiting area. The workout is fine but now it's starting to feel like premium prices for an overall average experience.

Great coaching team and staff. Effective in getting results. I am sure once you join you will keep it as a priority in your lifestyle.

Good workout but poor customer service. The studios don't offer anything extra that is worth all the money paid. Its over priced and they have a lot of issues with their membership system. They don't treat members in any special way, on the contrary they always talk money which to me made me feel uncomfortable in a way. I've been to world top Gyms and studios, the least they do is offer towels, water bottles, welcome package set.....anything that makes you feel pampered and special, but OT offers nothing. My main issue with OT is that I used to be charged twice for my monthly membership all the time and I had to call every month to ask for a refund. Even when I cancelled my membership for good, I got charged after that and when I called they told me they can't refund the amount but they can keep my money with them for any future membership payments!!! I'm not sure if i was dealing with a studio or a bank at this moment but that was the worst suggestion that can be said to a customer. I actually had to be very tough and show how frustrated I am, to get my money refunded. Also their App had a glitch for a couple of months and it was not showing the correct total classes remaining in the month for me. I lost a few classes to this problem and when I called to report it, they said we can see the problem and it is fixed for now but we cannot compensate the classes you lost. In my opinion, that is very bad customer service. Update: OT’s reply is a good example of how bad their customer service is. It wasn’t a medical issuce and I cancelled and gave a 30 day notice. So NO you didn’t have to charge me a dime. But of course you always find a reason to withdraw money from our accounts!! Read my review carefully and respond to all the feedback I gave if you really want to improve your studio. I encouraged all my friends to cancel their membership and they actually did. They all agreed that OT has a very bad customer service. And the reviews here agrees on the same conclusion.

Became a member in April '22 and so far I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. The workouts are awesome, the atmosphere is really motivating, the studio is clean, and the coaches are great. The start up to joining is a bit pricey due to having to purchase a heartrate monitor if you do not already own one, but so far I am happy with the investment. A monthly premium membership is a bit hefty however if you go 4 times a week it's about $10/class, which is pretty reasonable I'd say for the nature of the class. I like being able to join any studio depending on what city I am in and experiencing the same quality workout. So far the app works great for tracking at-home workouts too. The bad reviews mostly seem to be focused on membership policies and fees. My impression so far is that the studio openly communicates everything and that the policies clearly written in the contract for reference, so I am hopeful of no future issues :)

The group environment, tough workout and pure enthusiasm from OT coaches motivates me to push myself to work harder. I also love how I can work to my level of physical fitness/endurance while my husband works to his higher level of fitness/endurance right beside me. It is also comforting to know that there is a trainer within reach to correct me or offer alternative exercises when needed.
