An amazing facility, and great park setting. Worth stopping just to enjoy the views from the park.

Overall staff is really friendly. Best thing about them is you can book for badminton courts so you can play in peace. Biggest thing they can improve on is keeping good quality shuttles/birdies and even racquets. Yonex is a good brand, they should definitely switch to that. They provide birdies that kids play with, which is not good when you pay for a service or you are a member.

The Kinsmen Facility is regarded as a high level sport performance and training centre. While I agree with this, I also think that this facility's layout is confusing and could be a little bit overwhelming. My friend had no idea that their was a strength/conditioning section on the far side of the track.. because, logically, why would you even check there? Layout aside, great facility.

$11 drop in fee. Went here for badminton, it was nice. Got our own court.

Didn't really used the facility, just walked around and been to the viewing area for the pool. Kids play zone doesn't open until October so we just walked around. From outside we could see there are lot of options for your workout. There is a big swimming pool and around the corner there's another one. There's another big area that I guess is swimming pool too but there's no water then. However, lots of parking spots. Small outdoor kids play zone right at the corner.

Thank you for the hotter hot tub! Love this facility. Maintained well. Great selection of courts for racket sports including tennis, pickleball and racketball. Great diving platforms, often busy with swim meets, but again seems well run. Gym equipment is a little spread out, and not a great stretching area, but there’s only so much space I guess!

Kinsmen pool was where I learned to swim as a kid and I loved it back then (early-to-mid 90s). I recently returned to Kinsmen (my local pool is closed for renovations for the summer) and it's aged well. It's clean; the lifeguards are helpful in explaining which lanes are open for non-club swimmers like me; the lanes are labeled slow, medium, fast, so i don't worry about inconveniencing others; the water is warm; there's plenty of gear to borrow; and there are a couple showers in the ladies' locker room with curtains in case you prefer privacy. There are lots of non-curtained showers too, if that's your preference!

Honestly, this place felt like a fever-dream nightmare, I'm suprised how no reviews talk about how outdated and just plain weird this facility is. It's in serious need of a rennovation of sorts, the entire facility feels Bunker-esque. There's barely any windows, and the facility is built like a Labyrinth. In the gym, there's barely any space between the machines, so hopefully you don't mind your personal space being a bit intruded on! Overall, very unsettlimg and weird design, in desperate need of some TLC.
