This is where we get to know each other! All new clients start with this one time consultation. First, it’s about information sharing. What are your goals? Injuries? What could hold you back from success? How much time are you willing or able to put into your health and fitness goals?Next, once I have a good idea of your goals and your body, we meet! In this session I gather more information about your body and put the final program together. We will go through each exercise and I will explain the science behind the exercises I’ve chosen for you. We will be sure you understand how to perfectly execute the movement to guarantee the best results. Whether it’s losing weight, sport performance, recovering from injury or trimming and toning, my program will improve your health and have you feeling great.
