★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using this pet store for years now. I am pleased to say they always have in what I am looking for. Help is always offered, but I like to just browse. The prices are great. My only dislike is that I am seemingly always falling for sale prices, that only apply to club members. I have not been offered to become a member and I'm not sure how I go about this in order to take advantage of the discounts that are in the flyer. I do love my Local Pet Valu! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this store and their staff! They're always helpful and give Dash (our dog) lots of love and attention. Last time we were there, the cashier forgot to apply our coupon, but she called as soon as she realized. She apologized, and then offered to give us a cash-back or hold onto it. We didn't even notice she hadn't applied it, so we appreciated the honesty. Thank you Pet Valu! Keep being awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome store. The ladies are extremely nice polite and helpful here. One of those stores you don't mind stopping in because the customer service is so excellent.
Also don't listen to the reviewers like that kid Josh who gave a poor rating yet the rest of his reviews are 5 stars for Video game and junk food establishments. Google reviewing at it's finest. How would a kid that looks 7 years old be a good reviewer on price efficiency/customer service in a business?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice selection. Hit or miss if they offer help or not. I had an arm full of items and no where did I see a basket. Finally someone offered me a basket from behind cash area after I dropped half my stuff. Asked if they had some items and the only lady said no. That was it. Just no. The other lady suggested some better items and help. We can tell who will go somewhere and who won't be going anywhere in life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in early Sunday with my dog , the two girls looked as tho I was intruding and interrupted their conversation. Asked if they had jackets or sweaters was told no they are all put away. After paying for my dogs treat I noticed some rain coats and thin sweaters on a rack..when I asked the girls , not only were they rude but made little sense explaining how those aren’t considered sweaters or jackets … bought my girls life jacket there last summer and enjoyed taking both my dogs occasionally .unfortunate experience will not spend money there again … just lost our other dog 2 days prior and thought it would be nice for other dog to get out …but the employees didn’t even greet or look at her ..If you don’t like dogs maybe work at a shoe store !
