Our experience with E. Vaillancourt Plumbing & Heating Ltd was top notch, from the moment the service techs walked in the door and were comfortable dealing with our large noisy dog to their professionalism in being masked and taking shoes on and off at the front door. We had a blockage in our tub drainage that effected a shower in another room as well and had purchased an auger to try and unblock ourselves without success. They utilized our auger first to save us the $80 rental cost of bringing the big machinery indoors. We were very happy with their service and wholeheartedly recommend their plumbing services.

Had a great experience with a very nice plumber and really wonderful customer service including a follow up call to make sure I was happy. I loved the feature where they told me the plumbers name and showed his photo so I knew who would be showing up to my home! He did great, quick work and solved the problem in a shorter time than expected. Will absolutely use again.

Hi,. We called Vaillancourt plumbing after seeing so many positive reviews on homestars. We had our washing machine backup and overflow out the overflow pipe. Their technician was there the next day, he was very polite, knowledgeably, efficient and took the time to explain the problem what he was going to do and the solution. Let me just say I rarely have experienced this with contractors and was over the moon with the service. I highly recommend Vaillancourt plumbing and will not hesitate to use them again.

E Vaillancourt Plumbing was responsive from the beginning -- starting with the process of requesting a quote, having the technicians come in to quote, booking the work, and having the work completed. Mark was the main technician who carried out the quote and then completed the work. Mark is honest, friendly, and efficient. There was open communication the entire time and as a new home owner, Mark answered questions I had about my home's plumbing and taught me a few things about the materials and state of my home that I would not have thought to consider. We have an older home and Mark noticed a few areas needing repair, both ASAP and "eventual" repairs, while completing the quoted work. There was never a sense of sales pressure, just information, and when I asked how we could book in some of the additional repairs Mark and his helper were able to get it done with a quick visit the following morning. I will absolutely refer E Vaillancourt to friends and family, and will be going to them again for any future plumbing needs!

I contacted E. Vaillancourt Plumbing and Heating after a positive referral from my mother. I had a water softener system that I needed removed from my home. As the water softener was attached to the main water pipes, I wanted to ensure it was done correctly. Shane and Sam called prior to arrival to ensure they had the correct materials with them for the job. Once the system was removed, a new shut off valve was installed as the existing shut off was original to the house (roughly 40 years old). and could soon break and cause bigger problems. Shane also showed me a picture of the correct cover I needed for the clean out pipe as one was missing and also provided advice as to the sewer smell being caused by the p-trap under a basement shower that is currently not in use. Shane and Sam were knowledgeable, efficient and extremely personable to deal with. I would highly recommend E. Vaillancourt Plumbing & Heating for your plumbing needs.

I've used this company on a couple of different occasions now and every time they have been great. My first interaction with them was in October 2020 when my basement flooded and the toilets stopped working. They weren't able to pick up my call right away, but I left a message with a return number and Patsy called me back very quickly to inquire about my problems. They arranged for one of their plumbers Dave to go out later that afternoon. Three hours later, a dead bird and nest was removed from my plumbing line and everything was right as rain (if you get Dave as your plumber feel free to ask him for the story and tell him toilet bird lady says hi). Dave made sure to help me dry out and clean the basement before he left. Tenants and I were very happy with his professionalism and happy demeanor. My most recent call was a few days ago when my kitchen faucet was leaking hot water and my toilet was just a leaking mess (paper clip chain can't fix everything). Vaillancourt Plumbing sent out Shane to my home this time and again, very professional and friendly plumber. I ended up needing to replace a braided pipe and the kitchen faucet. He explained the work that needed to be done prior to starting and made sure to note that the type of faucet I wanted installed would cost more than the standard one (which I was okay with). Tenants and I were also very happy with Shane's visit. Overall the quality of service and workmanship is worth every dollar and I will for sure be calling on the team at Vaillancourt Plumbing if/when I need more plumbing work done.

Working with E. Vaillancourt Plumbing was a great experience, I was doing a full renovation to my house, where I did a lot of relocation of toilets, sinks, and showers, and they were up for the job. They did a great clean job, and communication with them was easy, they were always accessible because they have an office manager and she is always available whenever you need to reach them. They are very organized and clean on the job site, their employees are all very professional and they do their work in a timely manner. Before hiring them I consulted with other plumbing companies and they gave me the most fair price for the scope of work. This is the best Plumbing company in Oshawa I advise anyone to use them.
