It fell between the side of the couch and console- and the frame crunched the cell ( was Not in an otterbox case) but just the way it crunched -it was a goner. There was no saving it. ??♀️ Brad took care of me, offered appropriate options, and made the experience smooth and painless. He knew the plans - the phone I wanted and explained everything. Very happy today - and bubble wrapping this phone till my otterbox delivers Tomorrw lol ?. Thanks again Brad great job

He was unbelievably rude to my wife and told us to get out of "his store." we asked if he could call another location to see if they could help and he said "those stores are not mine so I don't care about them." DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THIS PERSON

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ amazing amazing!! just moved to southside and had no wifi for a week because telus kept canceling on me! went to telus in person and he was a huge help! helped me and walked some stuff through with me and why they couldn’t get the wifi! eventually he found out that we still had the copper connection to the house, usually we have fibre but with the lines frozen they weren’t able to install it, anywho Brad was an amazing help and got me a technician a day later! 10/10 recommended this place if your having troubles!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I need a mobility service changed or upgraded or new this is the place to go service is excellent. But speedy and they know what they are doing. If you need Telus mobility service this is the place to go . And the wait is not long at all.
