I have a few experience with working in facilities and maintenance but I needed a second opinion as I'm not sure of our recent purchase or I may miss something. After few research I choose Lighthouse inspections. Tim was very helpful with the scheduling of the inspection as it got complicated after I confirmed with him when to do the inspection. Nevertheless he was willing to change the date of the inspection after we closed out home which was last week. Tim was very thorough of his inspection and report. And he made enjoyable with the process as well. We did find issues with our home but great sense of humour and his it made easier to see what need to be done of importance. He great with explaining thing and had good conversation and laughs along the way. I would recommend Tim Palmer with Lighthouse inspections.

He came across as extremely professional and polite. He was so patient during the appointment and was in no rush to finish his job. Tim took time to check every area of the house and advised us what to expect from Tarion's warranty perspective. He even advised us how the filters have to be changed/cleaned on regular intervals for furnace and how to control the moisture in the bathrooms to prevent mold. It is true in Tim's case that experience speaks about the person. He has answers for not only first time home buyers but for everyone. Tim also answered our follow-up questions even after he had sent his report.
