★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an absolute pleasure meeting Jim! I had a bad experience with an Asbestos testing and Abatement company. I was very scared and confused. I called ASAP home inspection. Jim spoke with me at great length about the procedures and what to expect going forward. The next day I called him to see if he could do some testing for asbestos. He came right out to my home. I live about 1hr 1 and 1/2 away. He walked through my home and showed me what could be suspect material. Took some samples. Calmed my fears.. I am still waiting for test results. However, I know I can handle the outcome and I know Jim will point me in the right direction going forward. It was a little more expensive than previous company I used.. However, the old adage.. You get what you pay for.. Jim gives you every penny worth.. Thanks sooo much Jim , ASAP Home Inspection...... Update! Sorry it took so long for my update folks! All tests were Negative for Asbestos got the test results back about 2-3 weeks ago. Jim came back out and got more samples for testing. As my Contractor wanted to do some more demo.. Negative again.. lol. People I can not stress this enough.. Do the testing Before you demo. It is worth every penny and your sanity! You will drive yourself crazy if you don't! Call Jim either way.. ASAP Home Inspection will set you on the right path either way! Thanks Jim! You Rock!!!!

The explanations were thoughtful, meaningful and explained thoroughly in plain language not just the broad scope of what to look for when purchasing a home, but also the finer tell-tale details of potential problem areas. He used a variety of tools ranging from high-tech heat sensors to a plain old torpedo level. The clients were extremely pleased with his work and asked for business cards so that they could refer his services to their friends. I will definitely recommend Jim’s services to future clients.

I found the overall inspection detailed and helpful to allow me to make an educated decision whether to proceed or not with the purchase. Jim's explanations in layman's terms was appreciated. Jim conducted the inspection with professionalism and ensured I understood the faults, even, repeating to me the significance of them. Jim recorded the findings real time via a tablet and produced the inspection report immediately after the service. The inspection report included photographs to illustrate the findings to allow for a thorough report.
I certainly, without hesitation, recommend ASAP Home Inspections to anyone seeking to have a home inspected.
