M	Madeline Bailey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told to call the office a week after I had gotten testing done to see my results, called back a week later and spoke to a nurse who told me everything came back negative. Fast forward to a few days later I receive a voicemail saying the doctor wants to talk to me about my results. I call back and speak to a nurse who says not to worry, nothing is wrong, my doctor just wants to discuss my results. Turns out my test came back POSITIVE after I was told it was negative and had nothing to worry about. Most unprofessional doctors office I'ever ever dealt with, and I will be switching clinics. Horrified and disgusting with the lack of concern for my health, and professionalism. Glad to know patient care and knowledge is of zero priority to this clinic. The nurses are rude in every interaction as well.
A	Addie Gerrits on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a terrible first experience. They have me fill out a form beforehand, and then the doctor comes in and fills it out anyhow. He doesn't ask me anything about myself, my journey, my medication. He then lectures me on addiction...My meds have been prescribed by specialists with decades more experience! After working with me for years! And I have a chronic illness! Without those medications I will be on disability. I am so sick of the healthcare in this country. I do not recommend this clinic, unfortunately I am probably stuck as there is no cure for fibromyalgia....But there is patient specific drug therapy if you get the right doctors working for you.

Always went to this clinic and the doctors were always very professionals and knowledgeable... and I was very happy with the staff. Would not go to another clinic when I have gotten nothing but the best service and respect here. Diagnosis and treatment were very professional and follow ups were always carried out to my total satisfaction. Being a senior, confidence is very important in where I go for my health, and as I said... I was very well treated here.

Also only one slot on one day for certain procedures with no option to be referred somewhere else for the procedure or recommended else where. I waited in the cold outside on my first visit. Understand Covid is real but that’s just unacceptable

Had me waiting well over an hour meanwhile patient next door was socializing and laughing with the doctor. As I headed out receptionist mentioned he was attending an emergency. Some emergency! You want disappoint? Come, otherwise avoid it at all extent.
e	e t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably ok if youre a regular patient there, but as a walk in clinic I do not recommend. I had a couple of symptoms or issues, dr specifically told me we could only deal with 1 issue as im a walk in client. Dr note for work would also not be provided, as im not a regular patient. So after waiting over an hour I had to go to another clinic where everything was dealt with without friction. If those are the rules, then the receptionist should advise, I told them my symptoms and that i required a drs note for work and did not mention anything, if they did it wouldve saved me wasting my time there.

I was received by reception quickly and they truly listened to my issue and saw to it that I was seen by a doctor within a very reasonable time period. The doctor called me twice after my visit for follow up and referral. Exceptional service and follow up.
