★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in to cancel my insurance after selling my bike. Never got anything back in terms of paper work. I get charged for the following year's insurance, call them and send in documentation to support my cancellation. they sent it in and then after tell me it was the wrong documentation and I still have to pay. I tried sending in the proper paper work but they said I've already sent in the wrong paper work and that its too late. Should they not be working for their customers instead of slamming the door on their face with a big bill that was clearly a mistake?
Not impressed at all!

So now back to original insurance company but wasted 2 weeks time. Beware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are price gouging now. Tried jacking my rate $150 more with a clean record lol. Use to be a good company, but now it seems everyone is trying to make a quick buck. Guess I will take my business somewhere else... As I am writing this I have already been quoted a way better rate, and terms from another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking to get insurance for a new motorcycle. I started with my usual insurer, TD. After 2 hour long calls, we were finalizing the coverage and I learned that their underwriters will not insure expensive motorcycles for comprehensive and collision unless they have an aftermarket security system installed (which would void the warranty). I learned about Klondike from the Harley dealership and gave them a call. Ten minutes later and I had better coverage than TD was offering, with a lower premium, and no weird rules about security systems. The agent was polite, courteous, and knew her business. So, while the customer service was excellent during the purchase process, I hope I don't have to write another review about the claims process. ? I will be seeking home and auto insurance with them when my other coverages expire this year.

Ended up needing tenant insurance as well, decided it would be worth to email Cathy and see if she would be able to help. She responded very quickly with a phone call. Talked it over with my husband and we decided that it would be good to group all our insurance. Would absolutely recommend Cathy. I feel that 5 stars is not enough for all that help and information that she has provided us with. 10 out of 10

Klondike has gone out of their way to get my coverage set up, including working a few minutes late one day to make sure I could get registration done the same day. If you want to breathe easy, know that you have the correct insurance you require, and personal support when the unexpected does happen, these are the people to talk to. Started with my motorcycle insurance years ago and since then I have migrated all my policies over to their care.
