★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makendra McKoy was super helpful!! I needed to change my insurance, I didn’t have much time as I was on my lunch break. Makendra got it taken care of quickly. She was professional and friendly, she answered every question I had and got everything done before I went back to work. I couldn’t of asked for a smoother process. It was easy, stress free and quick. Thank you Makendra!!!
I also want to thank Kyle Lihaven for his wonderful support too! I spoke with Kyle about my insurance policy, changing it and adding on a another vehicle. He took time to explain the process to me and went above and beyond with customer service. Thank you so much Kyle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was contacted for a car I just purchased and the agent rushed extremely quickly through an explanation of the coverage an then gave me a ridiculously high rate and essentially said oh well that's how it is then said he would email a copy of the quote and did not then promptly hung up on me when I was going to ask another question. Completely unprofessional and un helpful, will certainly not do business with this company.
