me they will refund and back track it, now apparently they don't do back track payments....like what kind of company does that?❓❓❌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting a hold of marsh and dealing with issues feels like pulling your own nails out sometimes. & they jacked up my liability by MORE THAN DOUBLE with only 2 at faults and no other obstructionsons on my driving record. 100% would not reccomend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of Marsh Canada, with home and automotive insurance for several years. I have never had to make a claim.
I bought a new home in July and called to ask for a QUOTE, which I received from Mercedes Polihronakos. It was high so I went with someone else.
He went ahead and set up a policy in my name for which I was charged almost $200 a month. When I got the first bill I had them cancel it and they have NOT refunded the first months charge up until now. I've sent multiple emails since October 14th and cannot even get a response.
VERY disappointed and getting quotes to move my other policies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother wasting your time with these guys. Minimum 45min on hold and you might get through to someone. Emails get answered after a week if you're lucky. Then when they do call and say they will call back with a quote they never do. I've had insurance with Marsh in the past and it's just way too much of a time waste to try and speak with anyone. You will waste hours of your time and their rates are more than many other places. We had a group insurance discount through my place of employment and they were still higher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will be looking for a new broker... They started out good but have gone downhill since. Not happy... I would not recommend them at all. Company has got to large and they have forgot that it was their customers that got them there.... :( Be prepared to be on hold for extended periods, swapped around to different divisions... no personalization. I am done.. moving on.
