If you need an office or a mailbox, STAY AWAY FROM REGUS! We signed up at the same time for a Calgary office and an Edmonton mailbox. We were nickel and dimed at the office location ($40/person/month to cover 'kitchen' fees, admin help they promise you they dont' tell you is billed out at $30+/hr - you find out afterward. Shared facilities? For a price - boardroom rentals cost a fortune, copying is over 10 times as expensive as Staples, etc). When we provided notice that we were leaving at the end of our term to Calgary, we found out the hard way that they didn't terminate Edmonton too (that has to be done separately. No big deal - we apologize and agree to pay the extra few months. However, during this mix-up we were 5 days late paying our mailbox fee (we advised them the cheque was in the mail and had never been late for any fee previously- at which point they canceled our service AND agreement and sent us late fees. They then tried to take back all the cancellations and get us to pay the remaining months once our account was up to date, despite having already let us know that they had terminated everything for being a few days late. Awful customer service, and far more expensive once you add in all the hidden fees than any other office alternative. We're now saving almost 50% at our new office and loving it!

Beautiful building and units but what a joke of an organization. They wonโ€™t hesitate to charge you anything they can get their hands on without being upfront of it first, such as: - $90/month for having coffee available - Restoration of $566 in our case without even inspecting the unit first. They try the excuse that tenants are informed of a restoration charge upon moving out, but the amount is not stated on the initial rental agreement. - IT charges to fix THEIR internet service that was supposed to be provided and functional as per the rental agreement. The IT help line people were not helpful and after wasting approx. an hour on the phone, we were hit with a $240 bill. We also requested a Static IP to be part of the services upon move in; 2 months later they were more concerned about billing us for $90/month mediocre coffee than delivering that request. The staff have horrendous turnover - and by the time youโ€™ve had the time to present your case, the new staff are clueless. They will also not hesitate to withdraw whatever amount they please out of your bank account without consulting you first. Once youโ€™re on the pre-authorized debit program, they bill and take out as they please, and how much they please. We will be writing a demand letter and if that does not suffice for the current staff looking at correspondence, we shall be filling a claim in civil court.

Horrible company to deal with - if you are looking for a virtual office, look elsewhere. Even though my mail was supposed to be forwarded weekly, there were times where I would not receive it for months. They also lost numerous important pieces of mail. I asked to cancel prior to my annual renewal, and was referred to the website - I cancelled via their online contact form, then they claimed that it was not received - and that I must pay for the next year. I told them I would not be doing that and that I had previously advised them I had cancelled through their website - they said they had no record now - conveniently after the annual deadline - and that they would send my account to collections. This is a joke and I regret ever using them in the first place. STAY AWAY.

Brutal service - used it for over a year, constant late mail or no mail received (they forgot to forward it), lots of missed messages and mail. When we tried to cancel our agreement within the year window of our contract, they directed us to their website, where we submitted our request to cancel and stopped using their services. Months later, they said they never received it and now are threatening collections and are trying to process payments on the card they had on file - even though we haven't used their services since we cancelled it. What a joke - maybe business is so bad that they have to resort to this kind of low level scamming - they refuse to even discuss it. If you are with them now, take advice and don't leave your credit cards on file!

The view is spectacular, staff is very welcoming and can resolve any situation you have! my Regus experience has been amazing so far, with a flexibility to have access to their lounges around the world.
