The pay rates are very competitive and this is actually the only security company that I have worked for who actually pays their guards correctly and overtime. Very honest management and definitely would not switch companies!

However, I thought Guardmore deserves to be known for their professionalism, transparency and the caliber of guards that we have had from Guardmore are in my opinion - top level. If anyone out there is similar to our company in terms of getting fed up with security challenges every single day, problems after problems - Guardmore truly is the answer. This has been our experience and a wonderful one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guardmore Incorporated is absolutely transparent, ethical, and very honest. We have used Guardmore as our security provider for 50 plus apartments throughout Western Canada. They use very innovative solutions, paperless, and by far the greatest software management program tracking all security in REAL TIME. If you are tired of sleeping guards, security leaving site, ineligible reports - You NOW have an option. Trust in Guardmore Incorporated as they have close to 20 years experience and very helpful management. II would check out the website and see what they offer and get a better idea of what services they provide.

Having had multiple guard companies protecting our industrial yard - they were just more of a liability than asset. Sleeping and not on site. Guardmore approached us with their technology that literally solved every issue we had. I’m confident to say Guardmore Security is one of a kind company who really cares about their clients. Happy to say they continue to be our Security provider as we enter into the 11th year. Thanks to the entire Guardmore Management Team.
