★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a missed call today from Bishop McKenzie office in Edmonton, they did not leave a voicemail. So, I decide to give them a call back and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and all she could say to me (with a very rude attitude) was "Um, there's like 85 people who work here, so I don't know who called you and I can't help you." How this business operates with someone so impersonal answering the phone is baffling to me. Plus, the fact that there was no way I could be helped is also confusing to me. She didn't even have the decency to explain to me in a nice way that she wasn't sure who called me. Never will I use this law firm's services after this interaction. Even if it was just a wrong-number, I have now learned what law office to not use. Sounds like it's time for a new receptionist to me.
