Mike Mack and his team have supported us with comprehensive leaderhsip training, one-on-one coaching, strategic planning and goal setting. Mike Mack facilitated us with The Everything DiSC Workplace prgram and The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team program, both of these programs were tremendously valuable as our senior leadership team learned how to build and maintain trust and produce collective resuts for our business. I would recemmend the professional services of X5 Management without hesitation.

The reports were very thorough and easy to read. Mike took the time to point out certain important pieces of information along with giving me personal coaching on how to better read others and communicate with them. I have already used these new skills in my personal and professional life. I hired X5 to run a Strategic Planning Meeting with my Executive Team and subsequently to run a series of Remarkable Customer Service sessions with our staff. Mike is the consummate professional, doing all his due diligence and preparatory work prior to each session, then delivered exactly what we had asked for and what was agreed upon. Over the last year, I have had the privilege to work with Mike on my continued professional development as the Regional Sales & Operations Manager at OrangeTheory…no easy task! As a Business Coach, Mike helped and supported me to break through barriers, tap into untapped self-awareness, and set a standard for my business and personal relationships and processes that I will continue for a lifetime. What has continued to impress me about Mike is the diversity in which we have been able to collaborate and drive bigger picture thinking with Orangetheory. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We engaged X5 Management in the Spring 2020 as COVID was first impacting the world. Mike served as our executive coach for a team of four to six. At the time, I was most interested in working through our relationships on the pursuit to building a cohesive executive team. Mike’s coaching and toolkits were instrumental in highlighting our personas and how we interacted with each other.
Via X5 coaching, I was able to elevate my relationship with multiple members and topgrade my executive team on the journey to recording a record year for our organization. Without his coaching and counsel, there are several key decisions I may not have been pushed on.
On our journey, Mike has become more than just a coach but a friend as well. He truly lives his “LRT model” and always cares for his relationships.
