★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great building in the middle of downtown. It has been going through an exterior replacement of the glass and it looks great. There are 2 towers as part of the complex with a 3 storey podium. There is a small food court on the lower floor. There is direct access the the Central LRT station. Also Scotia Place is tied into the downtown pedway system. A nice building that has been a part of downtown for many years and will continue to be. I worked in tower 1 for 5 years and always found the building easy to access and get around in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Class A twin-tower office complex located in the heart of downtown Edmonton. Underground parking with convenient access to light rail and other major downtown buildings via the indoor Pedway system. On-site security / concierge with conference facility and gym for tenant use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needs more pick-up/drop-off spots as I find I block a lane of travel dropping people off for rideshare. Parking is heavily enforced as I see meter attendants there often. Occasionally harassed or subject to confrontation by many of the people there who carry pipes of some sort or foil and take substances from them.
