★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience ever. They charge you for " coffee and kitchen" even though you have never requested such thing. You cancel your lease agreement.. And wait... All of the sudent your lease agreement is renewed again without your consent or even your knowledge. Incompetent front desk staff. Horrible customer service. One word of advice. DO NOT pay your invoice using automatic bank direct withdrawals.. You will have no recourse in case they screw you over. Do what i did. use you credit card. They have overcharged me, They wouldn't refund So i called MasterCard and the charges got reversed. This company is horrible. Another word of advice do not pay your last 2 invoices.. Just in case they refuse to refund your security deposit... Or they renew your lease agreement without your consent...this way you can just walk away and still have a smile on your face.. It's just a way to give them the middle finger for them trying to screw you over... Stay away from REGUS if you can. Not a pleasant experience at ALL!
P.S .. If you see "local guide" reviews with 5 star ratings for Regus, Take it with a grain of salt. Those are people that have been paid to give reviews. They are fake reviews. Just keep that in mind. Don't be fooled and fall for those 5 star reviews. Trust me. I got fooled too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys keep charging your creditcard for services that were already cancelled. Tea/ coffee even after canceling it and office restoration. Used the office less than 10mins since the start. Not recommended for business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After you end your lease, they will not return your retainer. No matter how many times you contact them. When sending emails to Regus helpdesk, you will only get the response "your account is invalid"... Idk if other get their retainer back. I left there in October 2021, no response from anyone in this company yet... Nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed two years agreement for a virtual office in Edmonton at this location. The contract was renewed without my consent. I tried to reach out the office emailed multiple times and until today, no one responds to my inquiry. They send the bills to collections a service I have never consented. I requested my retainers almost he 6months ago for Calgary office. Yet, i did jot receive the deposit or any explanations. The worst experience, and I would never recommend their service to anyone who wishes to rent for office. There are many other offices at way cheaper and better customer services.
