The Strive team continually reviews our plans and finds the best fit for us. For example, the self-managed Dental plan has saved us thousands of dollars per year, and provided a higher level of service than we ever had before. When you call them, a real person answers the phone and they know who we are, we have dealt with the same team members for years. Just today, i emailed them for a pre-authorization on a dental claim and received an approval in 10 minute. That is excellent service! She worked hard to find the best benefits package for our small business and constantly tried to find better packages to suit our changing needs. I recommend Megan and Vanta Group highly.
J	Justin Lestourneaux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ever have to deal with Sue from strive, good luck! She is very rude and unhelpful. I have never had worse service in my life. They will also audit you and lock your account if you submit multiple claims at once so I suggest sending them all separately. It took months for them to unlock my account. It was ridiculous. I am very disappointed and would not recommend Strive/Highland benefits. Their plan includes like 5 things under one total and not each as well so you can't go for physio, massage, acupuncture, etc. because they are all under the same total. So being in an accident and needing rehab cost me more over the years than what was covered since it is all under an umbrella. Sometimes I wonder if they know what they are doing. I have worked with many insurance companies over the year and this one is by far the worst. Also, all claims have to be manually submitted or electronically submitted, it cannot be direct billed (except medications) so it is not the best for seniors who need patient customer service.
