★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice building. Hard to get to when walking as they are doing a bunch of road construction (2019). Once you are in, they have the coolest robotic floor cleaners. I welcome our robot overlords.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice decor, comfy seating, clean common areas. In the cold of -29 we waited too long to be let inside, the security of the Bell tower was on the phone for so long which seemed like a lifetime!

There is a front desk staff close to the 103 Avenue entrance. You can actually see alot of places on Edmonton from the 13th floor above.
This building houses various companies and some eateries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice building. Easy to access and get around in. It is connected to the downtown pedway system. It is clean and well lit. There is a front desk that is staffed to help you if you need directions. There is a couple coffee spots and a restaurant that is attached to building.
