Would not even give them one star! Hard to get a hold of and when you do they do nothing. They do not return calls and constantly send you on a run around with the " you need to speak to another department". If you are insured or not with them just hope you don't have to deal with them!

It's actually a 0 out of 5 stay far far far away from these guys. I had missed one payment by accident and instead of forgiving me and try to repull it as I had the funds in the account they cancel my policy on me. And notify me that if I want to continue with them I pay out my yearly lump sum of $1700+. Needless to say I would not recommend them to anyone if you would like to be forgiven and not have your policy instantly canceled if you accidently miss a payment.

Talk about lack of professionalism . My gfs insurance company has been trying to reach them for days now and no answer. She has been trying to reach them and no answer . No call backs . Nothing !! Dont matter you leave a detailed message . I would highly suggest you get a quote elsewhere

Don't waste your time, like many previous reviews 1 star really equals zero stars.. Their quotes are low but when you compare coverage, (apples to apples) you'll find your coverages are much less and limited. Can only echo sentiments of previous reviews which talk of rude agents asking questions on behalf of "underwriters" to a level of personal details beyond which is necessary or acceptable. What should be a simple application process for home and auto insurance is turned into a investigation into why you own the things you own where they ask you the same question multiple times rephrased different ways hoping to catch you in some kind of lie. Wasted 4-5 hrs of my day trying to set up home and auto insurance, frustrating and utterly exhausting. Just seeing how these crooks treat an application for insurance I can't ever imagine trying to make a claim on the policy you've paid for and feel sorry for anyone that ever has the misfortune of trying to. It was enough to send up red flags and warn me not to purchase a policy with Aviva, potential customer lost. I changed my mind and went elsewhere, sometimes you get what you pay for.

I'm on day 4 and 7+ hours on hold trying to do a simple tenants insurance policy. Every time I get through to somebody I'm transfered to somebody else and back on hold. Don't even bother, because it's clear they don't even want your business. Will be moving policies ASAP

Aviva is legitimately the worse insurance company ever. My family has been insured with them for years but we finally switched. I got into a car accident, when I called Aviva they gave me a rental car. My adjuster Admir Omeragic called me the next day saying that I actually wasn’t covered for the rental car, but Aviva will cover it. After approximately 8 weeks of trying to get a hold of Admir to figure out the claim I was told by a different adjuster that my accident was deemed at fault. I could not get a hold of Admir, I would call and leave voicemails. Never got back to me. Also when I asked to get my claims letter there was a claim of $36. I found out that although the accident was my fault- there was no pay out on the other end. So when I asked a different adjuster they said that was the $36 for the rental vehicle. Just so you know Admir, because of the $36 that you β€œcovered” that would have made my insurance double the price when I was looking for quotes at other insurance companies. So after speaking with a different adjuster I was able to pay out the $36 + ($26.25- they charge some random adjuster fee which I was not aware of). I finally got a claims letter that stated $0 pay out. I tried calling Kyle Metler (Admir’s manager) to complain about this whole situation. He also did not pick up his phone. I left a voicemail and he never called back. Truly the worst insurance company ever.

Worst home insurance company ever. Takes 3 years and 3 different adjusters because 2 quit. To settle new home warranty claim that is still ongoing. If wording is not correct in claim will not honor what was claimed 3 years ago. Adjuster is worst ever dealt with promised to make things right a year ago and we are still waiting on that to happen.

Stay away from this insurance. only crooks work in the company, because of them and their mistakes, laziness, and impudence, my insurance history is now ruined for 3 years. Similar situation faced many other people, and it would a great idea to make a class action lawsuit against this insurance company!
