You will not get even close to a fair price If you try to sell them something. 4000$ (Retail) brand new diamond engagement ring flawless never worn. Offered 200. They acted Very blunt and negative, talking it down constantly with this “ I know everything, superior, uncaring” attitude. Acting very confident , making assumptions and not even bothering to do any research on it. It’s what I was expecting. Funny thing is I did not tell the sales lady I literally just got it that day and mislead them as to which store I bought it from. they took the bate and started down talking the company as well. A true sales person. I’d hire this sales person as they would make me a lot of money with their flawless sales tactics. They did advise I would make more selling it myself at least. No brainer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this jewler because of all the good reviews here on google. Went in September to put a deposit down for a custom piece. They were confident when they said that the piece would be done between 30-45 days. Every time we called for an update for an eta they kept giving us the run around and said the end of this week and never got a call back. It’s now February 2022 and I again had to call myself for an update. Still getting the run around and nothing in my possession. Even if my piece comes out amazing, I wouldn’t recommend this place to any of my friends. Awful communication. Poor customer service
