★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time buying an insulin pen and no one told me there were 3 in the box. Didn’t refrigerate because I was to start the pen in the morning.
Called to explain, didn’t care, no offer to replace the pens and I’m out $170.
Go anywhere but here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 3 weeks for them to get my name right. They couldn't get it right over the phone. I went in personally and they still couldn't manage. I had to go in a 3rd time and write it down for them, including the information I needed them to retrieve from another pharmacy. Which I had to also call and do myself. My old pharmacy was very good about it. When they finally filled my prescription, I got home and realized it was the wrong prescription. Its not like I had multiple on file. I only had one. And the name wasn't even close the my actual prescription. I waited 1.5 hrs for the wrong prescription. Also another time I asked for help with magnesium supliments and the pharmacist didn't even know what the difference between supliments and diuretic. When I told her what ones I needed she didn't even know what it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just purchased some Tylenol off the shelf at this store. I have a herniated disc and this was a huge struggle for me to get to the store as I am in a lot of pain. I just got home and have seen that the bottle has been TAMPERED with and the inner seal has been ripped open. After further investigation, the outer label came right off?!?!? A lot of the medication that was in the bottle is missing as well. I contacted the store and then the pharmacist when I got home within 10 minutes of leaving to let them know to check this product on their shelves for safety reasons and also to ask for my money back. The lady on the phone said if the medication “hadn’t expired” it would be “ok to still take”!!!!!! I stressed to her it wasn’t expired and that the issue was the bottle was open which makes it unsafe to use as we do not know what it may be!!! I then called back and spoke to the pharmacist and he didn’t at all seem fazed that this had happened or may be an issue?!?!? Completely shocked how this was handled. I didn’t take my receipt when I purchased the item so they won’t give me my money back either. Total waste of money and very badly handled by this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy here is terrible. Even if they give you a time that your medications will be ready, when you show up it's always 15/20/30 minutes to wait. It's as if they don't actually put it together until you show up even when you request a refill beforehand.
The rest of the store is fine and occasionally has good markdowns on products that are nearing expiration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, helpful and always some one around for when you have a question. A bit on th tiny side if you're hoping to do a big grocery shop. Not much in the way for groceries but they certainly have a little bit of everything from Health and Beauty aids, pharmacy items (and a knowledgeable and helpful pharmacy team), a post office, stationery and a wonderful clearance rack. They get some great sales going on there. Always a positive experience whenever I go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sign on the display reads, "Buy 3 carlton cards and get $4 off." I purchased 9 cards so one would think that there would be a $12 discount. No. Only $4.00. While I acquired some excellent cards (expensive though), I walked away feeling that I had been ripped off. If I had the time, I suppose I could have returned 2 more times to get the extra $8, but what is my time and gas worth? Let's just say that I'll reduce my annoyance by reducing my shopping here. If I could do a review without a star, I would have.
