P	Patrick McCaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pretty solid selection of music and movies. Consistently has the new releases I come in looking for. Lots of new (not used) vinyl, including limited editions. Big collection of discount DVDs and Blu-rays. Also feature local and Canadian artists.
N	Nikolina Tesla TV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discrimination against people with disabilities. I have a medical exemption from wearing a mask. The store has a big sign advising they are following the bylaw for masks yet do not obey the part in regards to exemptions and human rights. Treated like I had the plague and was offered curbside, even though their debit machine wifi cannot complete a transaction outside store , so I ended up coming in the store anyway. I will not be purchasing anything from this store. I have been going to bonnie doon mall for over 20years and I have never been treated so poorly. None of the other stores had an issue with my exemption.

R	Rebecca Lang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager at this store is very rude. She’s there everyday and makes it seem like everything is a nuisance when you get through the door. She watches you like a hawk when you’re checking out the new releases, demanding to speak to you about her internet not working or to make sure you sanitized your hands on the way in. She could be nicer, she seems like she’s always stressed out and doesn’t want you in there. Prices suck and so does their selection. Check out Blackbyrd just down the road on Whyte instead, better prices and selections. Avoid this place and strange manager like the plague.
Y	Your Friend on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family had a rather poor experience at the Bonnie Doon Edmonton location on Friday, September 3rd, 2021. One whole day BEFORE the oppressive mask mandate was to take effect, the employee, Karen I believe(?) decided to turn our business away immediately upon entry as "we did not have masks on" during a time they were not mandated. This employee's attitude towards my family is unnecessary. As we had planned to support this business, we will no longer. It would seem that our beloved Sunrise Records has too, become too woke for our dollar and will in turn, go broke. There needs to be the option to leave NO stars, as i believe in this case that none are earned.
T	TheEversearcher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is friendly and the store is nice and clean; there's also crowd control to prevent it getting packed which I appreciate immensely. There's a pretty good selection of music but unfortunately my favorite artists are always sold out which is a pain. Definitely worth a visit but just be aware that if you're a metal fan that your favorites may be sold out.

N	Noah H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always love visiting Sunrise locations, but the lady who works here, who always wears a toque, is incredibly unpleasant and rude with customers. I thought maybe she was having a bad day the first time (which I would totally be understanding of), but I was treated poorly all 3 times that I stopped by this one! I try my best to appear kind and polite wherever I go, so I really didn't understand the attitude. Would've went with a single star, but I like Sunrise too much to do that.
