c	clark schuster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the wait times to fill prescription to be longer then anywhere else. There's no 15-20 mins it is 1-2 hours every time. I recommend calling it in. My heart goes out to you if you have to drop off a new prescription cause your definitely leaving and coming back.

R	Ruth Ramaekers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two pharmacy assistants that I dealt with spoke to me in an extremely condescending manner, they did not listen to what I had to say, they talked over me. When I tried explaining how my insurance coverage worked they interrupted me and insisted that they knew how it worked. I believe that any one working in the health care field should view the patient as the expert and treat them with respect. I was not treated this way, and will never go back. I complained to the manager and he gave me a list of excuses, saying that the majority of his customers think their customer service is fantastic.
A	Amber Giesbrecht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this pharmacy for about 8 years. I'm there often, most of the time it is a great experience. The staff are wonderful, I've never had a problem. The wait times are sometimes really long (1 hour +) but other times its 15 minutes. I think it depends on volume of prescriptions and number of staff. If you go at a busy time (middle of a week day) the wait is longer. Yesterday, is the first time I am shocked and worried about using them. But upon my discovery of the wrong medication they fixed the problem and did it quickly, within 5 minutes as I stayed at the counter . The wrong thyroid medication was in a properly (as per script) labeled bottle. Had I not noticed and went back I would have crashed hard and fast. I always check the pills and this is the first time I was given the wrong meds in 8 years. I want them to go over safety procedures with their entire staff, there are many seniors who frequent here and they might NOT notice if it's the wrong medications. I will go back, but only one more chance. If it happens again I will change pharmacy's.
