I will never go anywhere else! Dylan went above and beyond to help me with my prescription and the entire interaction was beyond pleasant. He immediately put me at ease and explained everything thoroughly. If you're tired of the big box store pharmacies give this one a try, you won't regret it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medi-Drugs Millcreek deserves every single one of its 5-star reviews. The shop itself is clean, organized, efficient. Dylan is knowledgeable, caring, and invested, even with a guy who called in a slight panic, hoping to find a medication that seemingly no one else had in stock. He not only had it in stock, but was able to have it ready for me within ~ 20 minutes. When I stopped in to pick it up, he was friendly and invested in making sure that I was comfortable with the medication - not in the way that most pharmacies are, where they read out warning labels and such, but in a personable way that made it seem comfortable and easy. Even though we only spent maaaayyybe 10 minutes talking to each other, between the phone call and in-person pick up time, it felt like Dylan had been with me from the start. This is big deal for me, as I am very hesitant around "new people" in bubble, and the fact that it felt easy, comfortable, and friendly makes me extremely happy to have found this place.

The space is welcoming, bright, organized and the staff are no different. Service is consistently fast and friendly. I always leave with more knowledge and confidence about my treatment than I came in with.
Come for your prescription, flu shot, etc. Stay for genuine, compassionate, patient-centred care. If you don’t live nearby, I promise it’s worth the trip.

My vaccine appointment was smooth and surprisingly pleasant. Kalbie and Dylan were both energetic, knowledgeable, friendly, and dare I say fun. I had a great experience there and was so excited to receive my vaccine! The store itself was bright and clean. I was in search of a new pharmacy anyways, so I will be making the switch to this one. Thank you!
