★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I advise you guys to not go here, when i initial first came to this store to get my gold chain fixed. I had measured it to be exactly 16 inches, and had taken pictures with that of how the chain had sat on my neck. When i came to the store to get my chain back, i had picked it up and realized that the chain was shorter then usual.. I asked for a tape measurer and he said that he did not have one. I was going to demand for a tape measurer, AS ALL JEWELLERS SHOULD HAVE! Though it was my birthday, and i had drove all the way from the north to pick it up and had places to be. I had called one day later, and threatened to get police involved and tell everyone about the service that he does taking gold off chains, and the exact words of the conversation "You think your little review is going to do ANYTHING to damage my reputation?? I've been in business for 15 years try again." I just would like to warn everyone going to this store. To not be as foolish as me, and if you are going to this store which i have no reason as to why anyone would, to make sure you ask for a tape measurer and weight of the jewellery and to write it down on the paper for pickup. WATCH OUT FOR THESE PEOPLE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never trust anything this guy says. He will tell you what ever it takes to make a sale. He will tell you that his products are high quality, and things have a warranty, and that its discounted. Don't ever fall for this one, he is a liar. The products are cheap imports that fall apart quickly. If you bring your items in for warranty he will deny ever having sold or ever carried the item. If he does admit he sold it, he will state then... the item has no warranty. If this doesn't occur this man will invent a policy that will leave you out of luck. Don't ever buy anything... from this busines... ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place. I have been in several times. My questions are always answered in detail. One thing I have noticed is when it is busy they always take the time to interact with each customer. No pressure and alot of smiles. I brought in my wifes engagement ring and it was returned in perfect condition. Definitely recommend!

One of the stones had fallen out from years of wearing it, she is in her final stage of life and I needed her ring fixed and back ASAP. They were not only compassionate to my situation they matched up the jewels to the ring PERFECTLY , completed it on a rush in 1 1/2 hours, cleaned and done so nice. I feel they went above and beyond my expectations and VERY reasonably priced. I am so please with the quality and service I received. I would highly recommend!!!!!!!

There jewelery is excellent quality along with their goldsmith skills. This is not some chain that doesn't care, they take extra care in your goldsmith needs and do all work in house.
I have been dealing hear for years and will definitely continue to do so. There is no where else I'd rather deal with !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service and cheaper than any other places I've been to! My grandma gave me a gold chain bracelet and it was too small for me and they were able to make it bigger! I've been there many times for different things and I was always received so nicely! Couldn't recommend it enough!:) they also always clean my jewerly before I go and pick them up which is really appreciated!
