★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to order a part and called to double check to see if the part was in stock .I was told it was and I would have it by end of the week . It’s been two months and still haven’t received it. I recieved tracking info yesterday, today I received a email saying they sent out the wrong part (A dell battery )and that they sent my pet to the wrong person and now I have to wait till that person returns my part and I return the battery to get my part ! This is rediculous worst experience I’ve ever had lie after lie and still don’t have my part and still don’t have a date as two when almost 3 months . I don’t see why they can’t just resend me a replacement part

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Battery on my wife's laptop died some time ago, we've been depending on the power plug-in (which renders the transportability of a laptop to somewhere around useless!) and after contacting the retailer, the manufacturer, and trying to source several online battery shops Source I.T. Inc. came through for me! Their customer service was fast, courteous and professional. The online payment system was simple, the item was affordable, and the shipping went out without a hitch! And to top it off they sent a complimentary phone charger brick which has helped me immensely at my own place of work...
I will definitely consider them for any future parts problems I have, and I would recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 3 weeks since I ordered a cord for my laptop from them, and I haven't heard a thing. I had to call them, ask them where the cord is at, and was told they were waiting for it and it would be at the store any minute. Then was told I would receive it 3 days later. Funny, every other place I have ordered something from has sent it to me within a week. So far, not a very good experience.

Honestly cant remember a place/store that went above and beyond to make sure you get the right part over the phone and text. who would text you back and forth and answer all your questions because they knew I needed their and I don't know anything about batteries. well they did and I appreciate their support, help and patient. definitely recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Far from being the fastest for shipping. You don't have to be in a hurry!
I received the order confirmation the same day and PayPal confirmation the next day. After that, nothing! Even I knew it could take 7 to 10 days, I had to send an email asking to have an update about my order 15 days after to have news.
I got an answer saying oddly it was going to be shipped the same day.
Today, I received my order. Everything I asked for is there and is working fine after the installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ordering process was seamless & the part (a laptop power adapter) came quickly. Unfortunately the part did not fit my Acer laptop properly, no fault of SourceIt’s! Honestly I was expecting a battle with them, however Kevin took care of the situation without any hassles. Given that type of customer service I would definitely use them again personally & for the companies I work with.
