B	Brenda Drager on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These ear plugs work really well for keeping any noise from getting in. Once they are moulded you your ears they won’t fall out. My only complaint is that they are hard and hurt my ears while side sleeping. So while they work they are not great for sleeping in.

He answered all my questions and kept me posted on the status of the product as it was coming in from the US. Super stand up guy, and even personally delivered the product to my front door! Highly recommend SupplyNow, especially at a time when small business needs help during this Covid mess. Vote with your dollars and support people like Jarrid/SupplyNow, who are doing their best to differentiate themselves in a market FILLED with big box nonsense.

I usually stick with the big name companies for tools but after speaking directly with Jarrid I decided to give him and his company a try. I am glad I did! They’re very responsive by email as well. Competitive pricing, quality products in stock. Have totally made a repeat customer out of me, not only are they priced fairly but supporting an incredibly efficient small business is the cherry on top. The products they have in stock are great for commercial or residential-in my case residential renos, and I’ve already got my eye on a new miter saw. Highly recommend obviously!
J	Julianna H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service and knowledge of safety products. Jarrid and Adrian helped fulfill a request for a 3M Powerflow PAPR in a fast and timely manner. They were able to provide information and more than enough personal time to talk on the phone about best options, and answering questions about the purchase, delivery times, additional products afterwards. We also had to do a refund because we picked the wrong product and the refund was swift. Then Jarrid and Adrian helped to find the right product to meet our needs which was a Sundstrom PAPR. Delivered to our location about 1.75 hours away and Jarrid was able to do an in-person tutorial on how to use the product and showed us the other respirators which Sundstrom makes (half- and full-face elastomeric respirators) plus gave us many free samples to trial afterwards. A few weeks later, Jarrid was able to provide additional samples from Sundstrom to help us with other requests (e.g., needed to see what organic vapour cartridge and face lens covers options there were), free of charge and delivered to our door. Would highly recommend them to help you with your H&S needs.
N	Nayema Nasir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast shipping! Ordered Level5 Skimming Blades set on Friday and came on Monday with continuous updates of the order from UPS. Once I received the products I noticed there was a chip on the plastic holder for the 24” blade. I inquired with Jarrid from SupplyNow if I’d be able to get a new replacement since this is just out of the box . After he spoke with Level5 the conclusion was they would not provide a replacement because they’ve already included replacements in the package. Instead Jarrid sent me replacement part anyways free of charge. Very thoughtful and generous user experience. Highly recommend them for the quality of products and brands they carry, especially for their customer service.
