After a couple of days, I phoned again. Lady who answered was very rude. Told me she was very busy and would call me back. Seemed like I was bothering her. Needles to say she didnt call me back. Oh well! Ended up getting them at Marbel in Whitby. Called them in the morning. By 1:00 they had a quote for me and order placed by 2:00.! Very professional. This place didn't seem to care. Which Im thinking reflects on their customer service.

But after less than one year, two cupboards chipped, this was not from rough use, this was normal use. We are just two adults so this was very surprising. . We reached out to True Match to let them know and see about what we could do, we were told to send an email with the picture of the chip. Did that and no response at all! We didn't ask for anything free, we just wanted some help to see what could be done. We are big supporters local and family business and are sad to report that our experience with this family business seems great up to the sale. Very disappointed at the customer care and lack of response. They should have contacted us, that's the right thing to do. So disappointed ?
