★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're trying to find Quadra Machining it's pretty tricky. They are at the very very VERY back of the plaza! Follow the blue line on the attached map and it'll take you right to their front door.
Now that you've found the place, YOU'LL LOVE IT! Terry helped me out with a small project that was impossible for me to do with the tools I had at home (drill three offset centered holes that overlap). I was under a very tight schedule to get it complete but Terry came through a day early!
Being such a small project I was worried about how much it would cost but it was super reasonable! Terry helped me with some drawings so it would be exactly what I wanted and boy, it was FLAWLESS! Perfectly smooth holes, everything is exactly 0.0000" where it's supposed to be.
I will for sure use Terry at Quadra Machining lots in the future, for very small projects or large ones! Can't wait to work with you again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I've used Terry at Quadra Machining, this time for a replacement part on my Mountain Bike, as its a 2004 bike, getting spares for suspension pieces is difficult, so I asked Terry to make up a replacement (and upgraded to solid Aluminum vs the original broken hollow piece).
The new part is fairly complex as it has two different sized ends both hexagonal and I also wanted a relief chamfer cut to match the damage on the old part. I've just finished rebuilding the bike and it all fits perfectly. Pricing was very reasonable given the complexity/time required and degree of accuracy achieved. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a few precision rods milled for use as gauges to check go kart slide restrictor openings. I sent the request mid-week and they were able to get the work done for me by Friday before our race this weekend. I checked the rods with my calipers and they seem perfect. Very happy with the service and workmanship from Quadra Machining. Will definitely be using them again! Oh and the price was well within the range of what I was expecting to pay.
