After looking around for months we needed all the major appliances for our new home. we came to Goeman’s appliances and found Tashiq as our sales representative who helped us with everything and made sure we get everything we wanted and went beyond by helping us stay in our budget. But sadly due to the pandemic a lot of delays came along but Tashiq gave us options for re-selection and told us what was available and helped us get it asap. I don’t hold them responsible for the delays but I do say come in months before you need any appliance. Friendly staff and very helpful. Felt no pressure unlike some other places by sales reps.

Worst experience ever - BUYER BEWARE - if you want Goemans to do anything with your order you need to pay 100% upfront...paying a deposit does nothing for you at Goemans. Every other company you pay 50% deposit or some form of deposit and that starts the order process...not with Goemans. We were expecting appliances and 6 months later they told us our order had not been placed. I asked what happened between September 2021 and March 2022...they said nothing because the order had not been paid in full. In our case we left them 50% deposit more than $20k and they did absolutely nothing except sit on our money for 6 months. Goemans uses the supply chain issue as an excuse, the delay is Goemans business practices.

I went in on the weekend after speaking to a sales associate on the phone. I was greeted by Lou Fuentes and explained that I was there to see the sales associate I spoke to on the phone, who had left, and he was still more than happy to assist me, even though he wouldn't be getting the sales commission. He went above and beyond to ensure my purchase went through and even followed up with me on the Monday about another part I needed to purchase. He single-handedly sold me on feeling with Goemans. I am very happy I went in that day.

I am completely enraged with this company. The store experience was okay, sales person was very pushy. We were made multiple promises that were never kept. We ordered our appliances in November and we are still waiting on our stove, leaving us with with no way to cook a hot meal for my family. When a delivery was schedule they called to reschedule because nobody was in the area, also when it was schedule we had no idea when the driver was coming, then we were informed that the driver couldn’t go into our driveway because of mud and he left! If my mother wasn’t going out we would never know, Leaving myself and my husband taking a day off work to not get out appliances that we have paid for!! Not to mention the huge scratch and dent in front of our washing machine and they offered $50.00!!! Are you serious! It’s comical. I wish I could make this 0 stars, this company deserves to go out of business the customer service is disgusting. DO NOT BUY from Goemans. If you live in the city maybe it’s different but if you live in the country goodluck, this has been a absolute joke. This company causes headaches more than anything else. The sales person was a total liar and did and said anything to make money. Customer service -over the phone they are all over seas and make you jump through hoops to get your point across… all across here board terrible service.

Understanding that a pandemic induced appliance shortage, will bring everyone’s expectations down to earth. My wife and I ordered our appliances in December 2020 and finally received our last item, a dishwasher, one year later. Purchasing experience was top notch with Sonal. He took care of us in terms of pricing and even made all the arrangements for a seamless delivery experience. I would not hesitate to come back here to buy any other appliances that I may need.

I NEVER write Google reviews but there is a first for everything. My experience with Goemans Appliance Whitby has been incredibly negative. The level of communication from the sales team was beyond admirable -- that is -- until they closed the sale. I was told to put my deposit down right away to hold my inventory and they would apply the additional discounts that they have the following week for me and adjust the invoice. The following week comes, and I can barely get a hold of anyone to even answer an email or phone call. I was told unfortunately they can't apply all the discounts as they wouldn't want me to lose my stock and have to re-enter the order. Fast forward 2 months and I'm coordinating a delivery date for my appliances and am told only 2 of the 5 items I purchased are in stock. You can imagine my confusion as the reason that we didn't adjust the order to add the additional discounts was to hold the very inventory that I'm now being told is out of stock? Disappointing all around. Once they finally get back to me I'll likely take my business elsewhere if a refund can be issued. Don't let the over the top communication to close the sale be any indication of the level of customer service you will receive post purchase -- because it's not!

Bought a set of appliances there for my Kitchen. Did the whole thing entirely on-line. Delivery was very professional and timely. Did run into issues with the Fridge, the Goemans team switched into high gear and through a herculean effort my Fridge was replaced the very next business day. Very professional service, good inventory and excellent prices, whats not to like;)

Had a decent experience with Goeman’s. Store is nice and clean, a wide range of products from affordable to ultra luxurious. Sales people are helpful but not too pushy which is nice, seemed quite knowledgeable. Had the BBQ delivered , was a little disappointed with the delivery, the delivery guys dropped the BBQ on its side in the garage and walked away. The box was pretty beaten up and I was apprehensive to open it once I flipped it over. The bbq inside was fine except for a scrape on the painted part of the BBQ cart and the one metal lip was bent. BBQ went together fine regardless.
