Very Poor Customer Service and Quality of Work. Do you homework and shop around. We initially used them, and our first sign took weeks, after we prepaid for it. They didn't deliver a sign that matched the proof we approved. We recently changed our logo and used another sign company. The cost was literally 1/3rd of what we paid Regent, and the quality and customer service was much much better. Sign was installed within a week of procurement, with only a 50% deposit. Be very cautious if your planning on using this company. President EMQUINN.

I am very very disappointed with Regent Signs. I placed an order for Regent to do a car decal. Do yourself a favour and do not entertain having them do this work for you. First I would like to go way back to the proof process. The organization was unable to competently follow directions and it took quite a few emails and phone calls to get this on the right track. Everything was wrong from the wrong vehicle being used for the proofing (even after I brought my vehicle in for measurements), to things being dropped during Regent Signs many many proof corrections and very mickey mouse design work. The girl that was working on my proof was so incompetent that Regent let her go. Next the install day. After the whole process of trying to get the design work done, I have very little confidence in the vinyl and requested to view the vinyl on the morning that I arrived. I was told that it was on a roll and that I wasnโ€™t able to view it. I expressed my concern with the white outline (part of the mickey mouse design work that they had done) and was told that they would look when they let the shop know that my vehicle was there to start being worked on. Now I am being told that I had the opportunity but I chose to pass (regent is really really good at placing the blame on others). Now pick up day after the install, the image was highly pixelated and looked awful. I was told once again that this was my fault as I approved the tiny little proof picture that came in where my image looked great. Regent did not have the enough hindsight or professionalism to let myself or my organization (who are non-designers, like Regent) that the image was subpar and was not going to look clean and crisp which was what my end goal was as I am sure anyone that is spending money on advertising wants. Now I was told by my local RCMP that I was in violation of a bylaw code as Regent had placed a solid vinyl peice on my side window which hinders my vision (I could put on special mirrors but I don't want to do that) and I had four days to have it rectified. I contacted Regent right away and I was told by Regent again that this is my fault and that I approved the proof that actually didn't have any indication on it at all on what type of vinyl would be used but somehow I guess I was supposed to be a mind reader and know that they they would use solid vinyl and not the perforated vinyl like they did on the back. Regent never asked what I had wanted and again they are the professionals and I am not, so I placed my trust in this organization to do the right thing and inform me of things. After the run in with the RCMP and with all of the blame, I requested a credit for the botched image on my vehicle and was told no as I approved the small perfect looking image. Through this whole process the blame has been continuously placed on myself and they have not taken any ownership for any of their many many errors . If they had said hey we are really really sorry about this, our designer was horrible and we know this that is why we fired her and we will fix our mistake, I would have been cool with this. But instead they wanted to put the blame on me a simple consumer that does not know anything about design work and charge a small fee for reprint. Oh and if you try to talk to management about this, she will not return your calls and when you send her an email outlining everything above you can't even get a response to your email.

Staff at Regent Signs are fantastic and great quality of work. They were able to help me out with some Dibond archery targets for a big tournament, not your standard type of sign request I know, but not only were they super knowledgeable and helping me pick out the right material they were able to get me the the finished product coming out even better than I'd expected. Highly recommend these folks, down to earth easy to work less and I know I'll definitely be back Thanks Nolan & Michelle!

I have been working with The Regent Signs Team for just over 4 years now, and I have always had the absolute best experiences with them! They are always so kind and friendly when I deal with them, and respond with a great deal of alacrity. In my experience, they have consistently gone out of their way to facilitate the strange one-off situations and requests that come across my desk. They have moved mountains to help me and our team when we have been working under extreme deadlines or when we are at a loss for how to put out a fire. They always have an answer to my questions and are never impatient when new members of the team are learning and sometimes need extra support. I appreciate that no matter who I reach out to, their inter-office procedures make it seamless, from a customer standpoint, to accomplish whatever goal we are working on. I highly recommend Regent Signs and they have my loyalty 10 times over - they have more than earned it!
