Steve Orr at Landale Signs was amazing, he set up our front signage for our gym. He was quick and efficient, the price was great and was on the ball with questions we had during the process. We will be returning to Steve when we get vehicle wraps and additional signage. I highly recommmend Steve Orr at Landale!

Landale Signs was great to deal with up until the point when we paid them the initial large deposit required to begin construction of our commercial pylon sign project. At this point communication became extremely difficult. Landale employees would not return our phone calls or emails and when they did, there was much confusion despite our best efforts to make things as clear as possible. With that being said the timeline promised to us was a 4-6 week window from the time of deposit to the time of completion. Instead what happened was an almost 6 month period between the time of deposit and the time of completion. Once the sign had finally been erected We had to call back Landale the next day to straighten up the sign, (since it was not installed level), they also had to fix several scratches in the paint, missing screw holes, mis-aligned trim, missing trim pieces, etc, etc. The install quality of our +$21,000.00 sign was absolutely atrocious. To add to that our surrounding yard was also left with a mess of nails, screws, cigarette butts, left over wood, and other garbage left behind from the installers. We would not recommend Landale Signs to anyone.

Our law firm recently contacted Landale Signs to obtain a sign for our new location. The representative, David Solomon, was very prompt in getting back to us with a sketch of our sign and a quotation. The layout was what we had discussed and the price reasonable. Delivery was earlier than promised and the installation performed professionally. Our sign is beautiful - we would recommend Landale Signs.

I had the pleasure working with David and the Team at Landale Signs on a few projects for Fitness Town Edmonton. I can say that David is a total professional and was happy to revise and tweak our proofs as many times as we needed! He was always quick to make changes and was in constant contact throughout the process. I can definitely recommend David & Landale Signs for any signage projects in Edmonton!

If I could give zero stars I would. The awning is beautiful, we love it. However, their installation crew decided to slap it up based off an artists rendition of how it looks instead of speaking with our contractor that was working on the building or contacting us to let us know that they were installing the awning. Once my contractor noticed they were there, he noticed the sign was about 10 inches too low to fit our security shutters underneath and asked them to move it up a bit. As soon as I was notified what had happened I phoned Landale and informed them what had happened and they told me to not worry. A few weeks later my invoice comes in and Landale has tacked on an additional $1300 for moving the awning up 10 inches. It took the crew of 3 with one pickup truck an hour to move this sign that wasn't even fully installed yet... and they charged $1300 for it! I contacted their general manager immediately regarding this charge and he promised to look into it. One month passed without word from him and I finally was fed up and sent them payment for the agreed amount prior to the additional charge. Only after they weren't paid "in full" did their manager finally contact me again to offer me a deal - only $1150 - for moving an awning 10 inches, because they couldn't be bothered to check with our contractor that was in the very building they were working on, or phone their customer 2 minutes away. Now the manager is telling me $600 is a fair price and that his company and the men performing the installation did nothing wrong, instead of acknowledging that maybe there is some fault to go around. If Landale Signs had put in an ounce of effort to understand their customers concerns I wouldn't have to give the first bad review I've ever given. The doctors in our clinic don't get paid $1300 or $1100 or $600 for 3 man hours of work and I don't think Landale signs should either. Perhaps after reading this they will offer a reasonable fee, but that would assume they care.

Landale just did out interior and exterior signage for our new optometry office. Everything turned out great! And the whole process couldn't have been easier. Steve was awesome to work with. He would meet up with me wherever and whenever I needed, which was nice as there was a lot going on at that time and he gave me one less thing to worry about. They also did some signage for our family restaurant and that also turned out great! Would definitely recommend.

I just had an installation wrap done on my Cube van, They accommodated me by working over the weekend, This i thought was great. The work itself is terrible, I was asked to "PAY UP FRONT" and i was very hesitant but i paid. Collected the van Monday May 25th 2021. At first glance it looked ok. Drove the van home to Notice bad joints, scratches every were, bubble streaks left under the Vinyl, Cuts that were made wrong and glued down. All this i could live with, as its a work van. The signage over the cab of my van, (were we sit while we drive) was installed also. Instead of using a plank to walk across they were working off the Roof of the cab itself. Its all dinged now, from someone being sitting or Kneeling on the cab roof applying the graphics. Ive just got off the phone with the owner who says that they did not do this. That im the kind of guy they should stay away from. Im Devastated that this is the service i received by Landale Signs. I also paid upfront so ive comeback.

Brice Folden is excellent! However, perhaps SOMEONE at Landale can FINALLY get my time and temperature unit to work properly? I am working with them to resolve the problem.
