He’s a good man, and skilled on what he does. My printer works fine.

I had some issues again a week later and he came and fixed it free of charge because he had a used part. It was great dealing with you guys and I will be using you guys in the future. Thanks again!

He always quickly responds to my emails and provides professional services - problems fixed, supply order delivered next business day (or drop off the same day if he can), explanation what problem is and suggest if it is better to replace the printer (printer repair is sometimes as expensive as buying a new unit). Pricing is inline with any other professional business services, so don't expect to get a dirt cheap deal like consumer grade OEM product online. Years ago I used to have a big brand manufacturer technician came to fix a paper jam issue on our big copier and it took 4+ visits in 1.5 month for trial and error attempts and waited for part reordering. On the other hand, Acer Image always gives me positive experience. If know what you are dealing with, you will understand how good the services he provides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been dealing with Liyong at Acer Image Solutions for over 10 years, never a - no response, never a - no show, never a - no solution.
Always, - here within the day, prompt and courteous and with good advice or solutions. You will not find a better technician, if he can't fix it you need a new printer or you have a factory lemon. Cartridges are delivered often the same day, but at least the within a couple of days. Hands down the best printer care we've experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leon at Acer Image Solutions was very helpful presenting me options in terms of repairing or replacing my Oki printer. I chose to repair the printer and he did a great job at a fair price. I have also started buying my printer ink cartridges from him as he's less expensive then the on-line store I was using and ~20%+ less expensive then Staples.
