★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tyler Nathan came over sharp 8am as the appointment. Worked through comfortably updating myself as he proceeded. Great work on explanation and patient with myself as a customer. Fixed the issue right on the spot and all is well now. I would recommend Tyler Nathan hands down!

He explained what was done and the status of everything checked. He changed the filters and went the extra mile to explain some further details of our Nest Thermostat. Great worker and very knowledgeable with great customer service skills. Great job John!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning I woke up to a cold house so I called Reliance and booked an appointment for the same day. They worked around my schedule. Chris was the technician that arrived. Great knowledgeable service while still following covid protocols. He had the furnace running that same day. Very happy to have the house back up to temperature. Gotta give a big shout out to Chris. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tevin was awesome, showed up after calling, and came in the house wearing a mask and booties. Did an excellent job and explained the process in detail, made some suggestions and answered all our questions confidently. He was friendly and helpful and truly showed concern for the fact that we had been without heat for over 12 hours. We were back up and running shortly after and he replaced the offending parts to ensure that this would not happen again. Great job!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great company! The salesman came over on Sunday and was clear with his presentation and how much each option would cost. Whether to purchase or finance or even rent. When we agreed to proceed the crew was there two days later in the pouring rain but still did a great job and everyone was polite and professional. When the job was done they explained how our new furnace and AC worked and were very patient with any questions we had. I would recommend Reliance to anyone needing work done on their home. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todd Martin was very helpful and professional. He drove from Port Hope to be at my home by 8:15 in the morning to make sure our new heating system was installed ASAP and arranged for the replacement unit by 11:00 am.
The gentlemen who installed the new heating system were polite, courteous and considerate.
As well, Shawn, who made the initial assessment, was pivotal in making sure that the request for a replacement unit was executed without delay. He was understanding that it was critical to have heat for my 89 year old uncle. Not to mention very patient with my numerous questions.
Thank you so much for your help on all fronts.

Since I bought my home, David and his colleague were the best agent of any company that have visited my home. He took his time to explain, the job he is doing, every step of the way. He also provided excellent advice regarding reliance products that will help me better protect my home. David and his team were well trained professionals ; they took their time in cleaning up their work area after their work. The manager Thomas came over to deliver some supplies. And before he left, gave me a personalized thank you reliance souvenir bag .He also gave me his personalized reliance contact card. I am very grateful I chose reliance, and I will definitely recommend reliance to my friends and family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brian Robinson and Josh Wynne we’re on time and very professional throughout the process of installing my new furnace and air conditioner.
They thoroughly explained what they were doing, why there were changes from the existing units and explaining the features of the new system.
They were very thorough in cleaning up after they left. You would not know they had come. Everything was very tidy. I appreciate this very much.
Brian and Josh deserve two thumbs up for the great service they provide. I am extremely satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them to others.
