10/10 BEYOND AMAZING i booked my daughter's 5th birthday .sat Oct 13th 2018 . THE MOST EXCITING AND FUN . 100% going to rebook and suggest this gym to everyone . I paid $260 ,15 persons on Matt an 24 max total for party room...omg the party room .has everything you need coffee machine, microwave, TV with Netflix as they eat pizza an cake! ....they also have just an hour public play. I was able to fly .omg ; so much fun ! The staff are the kindest people EVER . The kids had the biggest smiles leaving with the loot bags the gym gave .

Beware, this place is just interested in taking your money with very poor follow up and communication. Signed up for summer camp that had to be cancelled secondary to injury. Accepted credit over refund at the time but then policy for year long program was not appropriate for our situation.. Asked administration several times for review and for individual consideration to no avail. I was told by admin that owners would contact me in October. Gave another opportunity November with absolutely no response. Not professional or caring.....

We attended a birthday party here and had a great time! I was extremely impressed with the young staff's ability to connect with the kids, he remembered all of the 20+ kids names, and ensured they were having so much fun!

Absolutely disappointing with the camps. Half of the activities promised never happened. The arts and crafts were the same each day - making bracelets. No aerial activities as promised; tshirt was never even provided that we had to purchase. Children walked 5km in the heat with no adult supervision at all. Complaints made to management were not even acknowledged. Safety is not a priority. They are very lucky nothing happened to the children

We have had a very negative experience at Anti- Gravity. Coaches and owners do not care about the emotional and physical safety of the children. PLEASE do NOT leave your children unattended at this facility. The children are left unattended and have very little interaction with coaches. When my young daughter was upset and I opened the door to check on her, the owner shut the door in my face and didn't have any interaction with my daughter. Please be very careful. Please contact me for further incidents. Reply: I do not believe you had any intention of replying to me before I went public. I did not receive a response from my message and was immediately blocked from the page so I couldn't make it public. But if I am incorrect, my apologies. I would have loved to discuss this in private and would delete this post if you agree this won't happen to another child. Thank you for agreeing that my daughter was left unattended. I appreciate the honesty. My daughter would do nothing other than "wait patiently" but I still hope that coaches in any activity would interact with her. What upset me most, was the way you, the owner, handled the situation. I am glad there is video footage. I am hoping there is audio so you can replay the conversation. After watching my daughter "wait patiently" for quite some time, I did open the door to check on her as I knew she was fighting back tears. Your response of walking over and saying and I quote "I will shut the door now", without any interaction with my visibly upset daughter or myself, was very odd for an owner of a children's facility. You did proceed to shut the door while I was standing in the door way. When I asked if my daughter could jump on one of the open trampolines while the others jumped off the wall (scary for many 6 year olds), your response was "lots of kids like that. It's not our fault if she doesn't" in a very rude tone. I never thought it was your fault, I just wanted her to Do something to avoid becoming more upset and standing there any longer. Since coaches were standing around, I didn't/still don't understand why this would be a problem. As the owner, one would think you would want your coaches to provide that for the children in your care. Please see the audio footage to review that conversation. I am happy to discuss another incident with you in private if you would reply to my message.

Recently had a party here. Paid over 300$ for 30 minutes of gym time. The first 30 minutes involved the kids sitting and listening to rules. They state it is only 15 minutes of rules but I have video of the kids still sitting at the 25 minute mark. Owner states the kids must not have been listening, which is untrue. I have video. Then they lost cards with cash in them and took o accountability. The staff were extremely rude and the owner is even worse.

We had my son's birthday party here. The price is very reasonable. The coaches were amazing and the kids (all 13 of them) listened to every word they said. They really connected with them. Communication throughout the event was amazing. From booking to the day of, Rhea was very accommodating and friendly. The place is clean and well managed. Lots of parking. The only downside of the event was driving in a snowstorm to get there. But ya know what? I'd do it again in a heart beat to see the smile on my son's face as he did the bungee cords. Great place. Highly recommended!

I booked a party for my daughter here in March 2020. We postponed due to the pandemic. If I cancelled they were going to keep $100 of my money. The follow March due to restrictions we couldn't do her party. I recently contacted them stating I wanted a full refund. They agreed. I informed them I had a new visa gave them the new info to process my return. The return was put onto the old Visa which is closed and I no longer have access to it. This was realized on Jan 7th and they have since ignored all my emails and Don't answer their phones. I still don't have my money back. They are completely unprofessional, and have been rude on previous emails also.
