★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made my kid birthday here and it turned awesome. Kids had a lot of fun. Our host were nice. A bit challenging to watch on different stations so consider having 3 - 4 adults if you kids need supervision.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. 2 suggestions: 1) have staff monitor the toddler area as several times there were big kids jumping in there and taking the toddler toys and I had to ask them to leave. 2) maybe section off a little section of the area that you jump into foam cubes and have it for toddlers to jump or play (my kid kept holding up the line trying to crawl out of it for the next person to go).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our son here for his 10 th birthday party, and we are so glad we did. The staff were incredibly attentive and fin for the kids. They took care of everything while we were there, and the challenges and jump pits were awesome.
I highly recommend it for birthday parties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kids and I always have fun here, my only suggestion would be to ask the staff to engage with the kids more. There was one girl staff who was AMAZING, kept praising kids, encouraged them to jump, acted excited at their flips. No other staff member does this. No other staff member engages unless someone breaking rules.
It would be nice to see the staff engage with kids more, children are learning to trust themselves and encouraging them and telling them their flip was incredible even if it wasn't even a flip, will push kids confidence to try more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was clean and well kept. The staff friendly and helpful. Service at the food counter was quick and friendly. This place really has excellent staff that work well together, if they didn’t this place would be a Sh!+ show. The prices are more than fair and the kids love it. This is one of the best activities to let your kids blow off some steam while they get good exercise. I would really consider a monthly pass if I lived closer to it. Love this place and will continue to visit from time to time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for it and bought the Elite membership last week and have been twice already. This place is amazing! My boys LOVE it and wear themselves right out jumping! After all these restrictions, it's been amazing to be able to do something different with the Family.
There is plenty for the kids to do (and parents to join in!) But there is also comfy chairs for tired parents, massage chairs and snacks! I mean how do you go wrong?!
The staff are so friendly and helpful as well!
Can't wait to visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly a phenomenal experience EVERY TIME & to put that in perspective we go daily since becoming members which I high advise!! The establishment is always clean, well staffed & most importantly a great time for all including the parents as there's comfortable lounge chairs, couches etc for the parents or elderly/disabled visitors requiring a rest. I myself am disabled & find moving around from place to pace very easy + should I need a rest there's adequate seating!
Parents if you need a place to let your littles run & explore without giving you an anxiety attack or without breaking the bank then definitely give Skyzone Whitby a second look! ❤✌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot for the kids! My daughter lives it here. Lots for them to do. They also have party rooms for birthdays. I like the fact that they have large leather couches for parents to relax while the kids play. Unfortunately, the AC is a lil too high and location is drafty. I like the fact that they have a glow in the dark them after 8pm. Highly recommend thus location for kids entertainment.
