This company destroyed the POD with my belongings in it during the 3 months they had it stored and failed to notify me. The delivery driver had to notify me upon delivery. The forklift went thru the POD and it tipped over. At least 5000 dollars damage. Tried to speak with someone at the location and was told that there is no management on site. called Felipe Heck director of operations Canada and he brushed me off. Contacted head office in the US and Noone returns my call or acknowledges what was done. Terrible service STAY AWAY !!!!!

We were renovating a house and needed short term storage for furnishings and personal belongings. Clean and safe storage was a major concern and timing for delivery and pick up was critical. Pleased to say the POD arrived spotless clean and we endured a couple heavy rainfall during its use and everything remained clean and dry. I received an email the day of delivery and drop off with a 3 hour window, and it arrived in that time frame and was placed exactly where it was requested. Highly recommend PODS!

This was the most amazing and easy "moving" experience I have had. Very easy. Flexible timing was great. Calling when the POD was dropped off & picked up so appreciated. The best customer service experience ever.

Initial delivery, following the delivery and pickup schedule, re-delivery are excellent. The drivers are friendly. PODs really helped my moving with low cost compare to other services. The reason why I did not give 5 stars is, their invoice system need improvement. There should be a reminder or prior notice, before taking the money from the card (while container is at their place) with explanation. Also, PODs charged me $500+ mistakenly and then credited the amount after realizing. However, I had to wait 14 days to get the credited refund to my credit card and I had to call them twice to get the money back.

Great moving experience using Pods! We needed to store our stuff for a week before moving in to our new home and using Pods made it so much easier. Booking online was also super easy.

Terrible experience! POD was not delivered to it's final destination as per contract as someone dropped the ball and it sat in Whitby location for several days. When questioned, they said no exit date had been scheduled, even though it had all been arranged! Therefore a 84 year old widow had to move into an Assisted Living Complex in another province without her belongings and furnishing for an extra 11 days before it was shipped to her! Totally unacceptable and then to ask her for another $400 plus dollars for the extra 2 weeks that was past her original contract dates....SHAMEFUL! Pod was delivered initially on March 14th as agreed apon, then was picked up earlier than planned on March 31st ( driver had some cancellations and we were able to accomodate him). It was to be delivered to the final location for April 11th.....plenty of time and still in our contractual period. It finally arrived on April 22nd after numerous phonecalls to customer service. Weather was bad so we again accomdated the driver and unpacked it quickly on April 22nd so he could come back a few hours later rather than have to drive back out from Winnipeg again the next day......so much for us being nice and accomodating as then we were charged and extra $400 plus for being over our contractual period. Seriously and it was Pods error! Never again! We are appreciative of the professional drivers that came for each delivery and pick up.....too bad the rest of the company was not that professional! We shall share our story with all who ask and certainly never recommend PODS to anyone. The very least our Mother should be refunded the extra charge for the overage days as that was out of our hands and simply was lost in yours!

POD was our first choice for its flexibility to load our belongings at our own pace and for the price. We used it to move from one province to another. And oh man the entire experience was so smooth and perfect! I spoke to many customer service reps over the phone since we were nervous about the big move and each one of them was direct, friendly and responsive. The drop off and pick up was always on time and the drivers were super friendly. Absolutely no issues and I will definitely recommend them for a big move!
