★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a clean, climate controlled safe place to store your belongings close to the 401when we called Bluebird in Whitby. Jacilyn was extremely nice and walked us through all available sizes and prices as well as giving us a tour of the facility so we could actually look at the units for size and location from loading docks. We couldn’t have been happier with the service Jacilyn provided us and the comfort we have knowing our valuables are store in such a secured facility.
Thank you Bluebird storage for making a tough move that much easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The booking for our appointment was quick, easy and informative. Alyssa was the manager on duty when showing us the unit we inquired about and was happy, helpful and very accommodating. She answer all of our questions, made us feel like she was giving us her honest opinion and not just selling us, and we appreciated it.
The facility is clean, well kept, motion lighting throughout, trolleys available for use and never too busy.
I am really happy and impressed with Bluebird : ) !! Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just hooked up with a storage unit at BlueBird storage - got a real deal and the experience was amazing. The ladies at the desk were knowledgeable and super friendly. I got a tour of the facility, easy to follow instructions for getting in and out and I'm really also impressed with the layout and security.
The facility is clean and dry, easy to access but secure. I feel no worries about putting my things there.

The best part of this location is their customer service. Jaclyn is truly amazing to deal with. She always goes above and beyond even when she doesn't have to. I was extremely happy when she became the manager. Laurie is great too. She's the newest staff member, always has a smile on her face and friendly. Thank you ladies for making my experience great everytime I'm there ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bluebird storage in Whitby has stored our entire household contents for 9 months while we awaited a Landlord Tenant Board hearing to get the tenants out of our house. Jacilyn and everyone we dealt with at Bluebird have been wonderful. The facility is clean and secure and we had no problem extending our rental many times over the past few months. They were very understanding. I would highly recommend Bluebird to anyone.

They are so helpful with all of our questions, Laurie showed us multiple units and took her time to help us with whatever needs we might have! They have a great elevator set up that feels nice and safe to go to the inside unit and the bay is huge with carts free to use. They gave us a great discount on our unit and insurance and they’re there for any of our needs. I’d highly recommend Bluebird Self Storage!
