★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I did business with them my number was lost, people called in sick or were on vacation ect. No one showed up when they said they would multiple times . It took at least 6 weeks to get things sorted . That being said the sign they made was great. I thought I'd give them the benifit of the doubt and try them again. I understand things can get hectic running a business. I called for a quote and twice someone didn't show up again. So I will be using another company for on.
I am not trying to say this company needs to be less "human" but treat their customers fairly . I felt because I was a new smaller business I was not regarded as much. It seems the organization of the staff or lack of is to blame, not the lack of understanding customers. I was very patient and understanding but became irritated after the lack of service .
