Infiniti Air Conditioning & Heating in Whitby is an amazing company to deal and reasonable pricing. Starting with Chris the sales rep that came over and explained everything in detailed and understood our urgency as we were without heat during a cold period. To the installers Fred and Hesam on a quick and clean job! And last but not least to Janine the office manager that took the time to explain the fine details regarding the policy agreement. These days it can be hard to find honest and reliable technicians and contractors to come repair or replace your appliances, HVAC, windows, or roof. Thankfully my experience with Infiniti was honest and 100% reliable. I had been experiencing on and off carbon monoxide alarms for 24 hours and decided it was time to have an HVAC professional examine my home. It started with a call to Janine, the office manager at Infiniti Whitby, she was kind of enough to explain the process of testing my home for carbon monoxide and the options I had for furnace repair or replacement. She wasn't pushy or impatient, she took her time and even explained rebate opportunities and offered to complete all paperwork on my behalf. Unlike their competitors where my phone calls were answered by staff that didn't have much insight into my problem or weren't able to explain the options available - Janine was the opposite, she is very knowledgeable and provided superior customer service. The great experience did not end with the call to Infiniti's office. Fred, the installation manager, and his team came out and examined my home. They tested carbon monoxide levels and decided it was unsafe and shut off my furnace. Having an elderly parent in the home, they understood the need for heat and were able to squeeze us in for an evening installation. They did not have to do this but their urgency was very much appreciated. The installation went smooth. The team was thorough and careful when removing the old furnace and installing the new one. Fred took his time to explain the features of the new furnace. In the end they cleaned up nicely and made sure the furnace was operating correctly. If I could go back I wouldn't change a thing. Chris, Janine, and Fred and his team were all excellent to work with from initial contact to installation. They communicate quickly and were very organized with scheduling. They installed two Mitsubishi heat pump systems, one for our house and another for an outbuilding. Both are working great. I recommended contacting them for any heating and cooling needs.

I have always worked with Fred and his professional team , 2 years ago he replaced my complete system and I was very satisfied, now asked him to do the same for my new location that we are moving into. I got the top of the line Carrier Hyper system Heat pump plus a tankless water heater It saves me money and works well in our Canadian environment They are certified installers and licensed. As always, he provided great options, honest & great pricing and quick service. All the work was done as per codes and passed all inspections. Very happy with the outcome.
