★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not care and will do nothing about your complaint on inappropriate behavior from an optometrist. Carmin is very unprofessional on the phone and so is Mr. Eastwood. "It must be hard being a _____." Learn how to finish a complete sentence and how to speak to people. Karma will eventually come your way for not taking my complaint seriously.
