★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys saved my bacon! Our STR (Airbnb) guests notified us that the toilet and shower weren't draining properly. I called Hydro-Flo and they were able to send someone within an hour or so to fix it. Aidan was a great plumber and very professional. My guests are happy, and I'm happy that I didn't have to get them a hotel room for the rest of their stay! Thank you so much!

Their quote was much more affordable than my other quite I received from a larger company. Service was completed in a reasonable time that fit within my schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dispatch took my call immediately for an emergency Sunday call out. Plumber was there in about an hour. Had a secondary drain in the basement start backing up. He power augured the heck out of it and found the block, an old feminine product. Cleaned everything up and that was that. Problem solved 2 hours after I called, when the only answer I got from other companies was Monday afternoon. Much more reasonably priced for an emergency as well. My new go to plumber!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From placing the call, booking the appointment, getting the quote, then doing the work all seemed like one motion! Details of work and quote were very reasonable and were provided same day. In just a few days Ben and Kyle were dispatched. They were friendly, full of knowledge and efficient!! Work was done in one day and the areas worked in were left very clean. I have already recommended the Hydro-Flo team to family and friends!! Thank you Kyle and Ben for also repairing the humidifier!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hot water tank starting leaking on a Friday. I entered my request for replacement quote on the Hydro-Flo online contact form the next day. Within a few hours, I was contacted and asked to share photos of my current water heater. I received a very reasonable quote for a commercial grade replacement to be installed on the Monday morning. Two polite young men installed the new tank on Monday morning in only 1.5 hours. Fabulous service and fair pricing. Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben and Kyle installed my ac unit and they did an amazing job. We have a newborn daughter and they were very conscious of the noise they were making so as not to wake her while they were doing their work. Plus they walked me through the system once they were finished and everything looked great! They gave me a few tips on how to maintain our ac unit over the years as well as helped me understand some of the questions I have had about our furnace. I could not recommend this team more as they left everything neat and tidy and acted very professionally.
I want to shout out Todd as well who was the one who initially came out to give me a quote, as he made my wife and I feel very confident in choosing to go with Hydro Flo over any of the other contractors we had give us quote.
Very competitive pricing that still showed that they know their worth and are proud of what services they provide.
10/10 would recommend to anyone
Justin did a great job of letting us know when to expect our technicians as well as scheduling us in for an install.
