He was quick and efficient and explained things to us we did not know. The home inspection was also appreciated as it did point out some things that need to be done. Would definitely recommend this company.

My hot water tank stopped working and they walked me through the issues and what they recommend I could do with options. I decided on a replacement and it was done quickly with no mess no hidden fees and it all looks great. Thank you again for making me feel at ease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My shower was not easy to install. The contractor who had started the job (not the Gentlemen Pros) had made multiple mistakes roughing in the plumbing which meant that Peter was walking into a complicated mess when he arrived.
He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure that I had a functioning shower, and was extremely professional. He explained everything that he was doing which was definitely appreciated, especially after having such a negative experience with the previous contractor.
I would absolutely hire this company again, and would specifically ask for Peter as he did such an excellent job. Thank you so much for the great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so impressed with the team at The Gentlemen Pros - I was able to reach them in the evening (they have 24 telephone service) and had several calls with the team. The staff managing the phone were friendly, empathetic and very helpful. They were able to have someone to my house within 48 hours (was a non-urgent issue) and Trevor was fantastic. He was friendly, informative, and walked me through everything so I could make an informed decision. It is by far the most professional friendly service and company I have experienced in my 20+ years as a homeowner. I highly recommend these folks and will use them again in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I had Gentleman Pro come in to repair a leak we had under our sink. The tech's was named Hermes C. he was able to find our leak and fix it with no problem. He was courteous and explained everything to us and promptly fixed our leak. Great service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced and sloppy installation of 2 furnaces (installed by amateurs). Mess in basement with primer and glues all over the new 636 venting they installed and it dripped all over our brand new washer and dryer and on the floor...wondering if this venting is even sealed good. Go with people who know what they're doing for HVAC work...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. The issue (a backing-up sink) was quickly fixed, and the area was left much cleaner than it had been thanks to the very professional technician.
The other fixtures were checked for problems as well, so I’ve got peace of mind that nothing else is going to break down in the next while!
